City of Norfolk
The Central Absentee Precinct will be open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning Friday, September 17th. The Central Absentee Precinct is located at Norfolk City Hall (810 Union Street, First Floor). In addition to our regular voting hours, the Central Absentee Precinct will be open on Saturday, October 23rd and October 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The deadline to vote absentee in-person is 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 30th, at Norfolk City Hall.
Four voter satellite offices will be open for early absentee voting beginning Wednesday, October 13th. They are:
Berkley Recreation Center, 121 W. Liberty Street
Jordan-Newby Library, 1425 Norchester Avenue
Lambert’s Point Community Center, 1251 W. 42nd Street
Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Avenue
